  • Optional: 1 drop rose essential oil

Instructions:

  1. If using dried rose petals, grind them into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the rose powder (or finely chopped fresh petals), honey, and rose water.
  3. Mix until you have a smooth, spreadable paste. Add the optional drop of rose essential oil if desired.

Eucalyptus Steam Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 cups boiling water
  • 3-5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
  • Optional: 2 drops peppermint essential oil
  • Large heat-safe bowl
  • Bath towel

Instructions:

  1. Pour boiling water into a large, heat-safe bowl and place it on a stable surface.
  2. Add eucalyptus essential oil (and optional peppermint) to the hot water.
  3. Sit comfortably with your face about 10-12 inches above the bowl.
  4. Drape a towel over your head and the bowl to create a tent, trapping the steam.
  5. Close your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Take breaks as needed if the steam feels too intense.

Rosemary Hair Rinse
