Due to the handcrafted nature of our essential oil blends, herbal remedies, balms, salves, and bath items,  all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.

Exceptions:

• Damaged items during shipping - contact us within 1-2 business days after receiving your order with photos
• Wrong item sent - we'll replace it at no cost
